Emma Began producing in 1996 having grown up in the production department. Prior to joining Exit’s new Sydney team, Emma ran her family owned production company where she produced work that has won trophies in both the domestic and international awards. 

Emma’s passion for community coupled with her talent as a producer has allowed her to work on such high profile and award winning charity campaigns as Amnesty International, The Australian Red Cross Blood service, The Climate Institute and Earth Hour . 

In 2006 Emma began researching environment solutions for tvc production. In June of 2007 the Rozelle Protocol (www.rozelleprotocol.com.au) was established. In addition to education and building a community of like minded professionals, it’s primary aim is to offset greenhouse gasses from TVC production via investment in carbon credits.

In November 2008 Emma was invited by the Australian Directors Guild’s General manager to join the steering committee for G.R.A.S.S due to her experience with the Rozelle Protocol.
